Vault of Glass 10 sherpa emblem not being claimable

Myself and others have reached 10 sherpa in Vault of glass but we cant claim the emblem from the rewards page. The claim by date is 12/31/2021.

same issue. cant claim on webpage tho raidreport clearly states 10 sherpas. also did it over two seasons, so maybe thats it. prob not a priority, but it would be nice if it got fixed.
