It is probably Riva Tuner or MSI afterburner feature. Something that goes on top of the game

4 RepliesThis error relates to the game finding something on your computer that it thinks is a cheat. I've also seen some reports of players getting it while playing on a non-optimal Internet connection such as hotel wifi. Do you have any other games installed on your computer that came with their own anti-cheat programs? If one of those is running it can spawn the error. I've seen reports of players who had played or were playing a game called Valorant that had its own anti-cheat called Vanguard. If Vanguard was in memory while BattleEye is running it would pop a Plum error. So I'd check your open processes and any that aren't necessary to running Destiny 2 or running Windows should be shut down to see if it resolves the issue.
