When attempting to launch Destiny 2 the following System Error pops-up. "The program can't start because api-ms-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
After reinstalling both the blizzard app and Destiny 2 I am contacting you all to help me with the problem. Any suggestions would help. Thank you
Still doesn't work after downloading the DirectX and VC Redistributables package.
I tried re-downloading destiny 2 after the before mentioned downloads and it still isn't working. Any more help would be grand, thanks.

2 RepliesAre you in WIndows 7? I believe every single player on that officially supported platform is totally locked out of the game right now. (And a few on Windows 10 are having problems.) AFAIK it's a library which is Windows 8+ only, meaning that no amount of file-juggling will let an end-user fix it.
