Game crashes whenever other players are around/matchmade activities
I've been experiencing what seemed to be random crashes straight to the desktop without displaying an error code in game. The only thing I see is a small pop up window from BattlEye saying that the program is not responding. When I click back into the game it says error code Plum which apparently is tied to BattlEye.
Upon further testing, I tried playing the game as solo as possible: no matchmade activities, no public events, etc. Every time I tried a matchmade activity or public event, it immediately says "Contacting Destiny Servers" and kicks me to orbit with a Beaver, Anteater, or Bee error code (seemingly at random). I was able to run Legend Lost Sectors no problem with no errors or "Contacting Destiny Servers" popping up. Every time there's another player around (like when exiting a Legend Lost Sector), or when I try to load into the tower, it immediately says "Contacting Destiny Servers" and will eventually spit out a Beaver, Anteater, or Bee error code which implies it's my internet's fault. This doesn't seem to make sense since I am able to play activities solo, receive rewards, and use Destiny's servers for transferring weapons/claiming bounties/etc.
After a few runs in the lost sectors, I decided to try the new matchmade activity (was not able to complete it due to crashes), and I finally was able to complete it from the start...all the while saying "Contacting Destiny Servers" and randomly reconnecting me throughout. Once I nabbed the chest, it gave me the bee error code and then reconnected me, allowing me to grab the chests again (yay!) Unfortunately I was then kicked again to the desktop with no error code again.
Can someone help me figure out what's going on? My internet seems to work just fine on my other devices and it's been allowing me to farm lost sectors/use the HELM but not the Tower or any environment with other players.
***UPDATE*** After experimenting, I've noticed the issue improved when I manually uninstalled BattlEye and reinstalled it. This helped but I still had issues but it was no longer game breaking. Everything appears to be resolved when using an using ethernet connection which isn't ideal as I use my gaming laptop wherever but I'll take it for now.
