I can't complete the Heroes' Memorial quest
I'm having a problem with the Heroes' Memorial quest since it keeps on abandoning itself on step 2 of 2 with the tower not being updated to the one with the Memorial being there. and I can pick it from the abandoned quest kiosk but it's not picked up since it's doesn't disappear from the seasonal tab, and I have completed the story quests as well the As Prophesied quest.

3 RepliesThe quest can only be done on one character. If you have done it on another character, then the other two cannot do it.
