Account Banned please help!
Hey could anyone from Bungie support help me?? I got a "weasel" error message during a strike then when I tried to log back into the game it said my account got banned???? People from my clan sent me links to people on reddit and twitter saying the same thing but they got their account unbanned within 2 hours of that happening. Why am I still banned??
I've opened a support ticket explaining exactly what happened but I still got no answer. I'm freaking out here. Someone from support please help me!!

17 RepliesTrials history has nothing to do as that change will only be in place when trials comes back. Also, the hundreds of ppl being banned due to an error on bungie or battle-eye side is a thing and replying "you're a cheater" just makes a fool of youself at this point.

You can appeal the ban, but with the obvious cheating it’s more than likely it will not be overturned.

4 RepliesI don't know if the stats page is not working correctly, but it's showing no kills or deaths in his Trials history. All the matches around his Trials games have proper stats. I don't think they're a cheater, though they may have been win trading.
