Stuck on evaluating guardians, can't join friends, no one in tower
I have gone through all of your troubleshooting and advanced troubleshooting. I have tried wired and wireless connections. I have contact my ISP and there is no issues or blocks, I can play any other multiplayer game just fine with no issues. Any advice before I request a refund?

I've been having same problem for idk like 3-4 months and I left the game because Bungie does not give a damn, they only give us basic troubleshooting guide and I literally have done everything possible to fix it but nothing worked even tho I have no problem with my internet or any other games

Same issue on ps5 since the splicer update. Can't play the game, no players visible, matchamaking doesn't work and some locations are empty where there should be missions and enemies. Looked everywhere for solution and nothing. Bungie ignores the problem and gives basic troubleshooting advice instead of looking what they messed up in the splicer update.
