Kinetic stasis weapons
So what’s the deal here? Been using a new stasis HC and not seeing why it’s classed as stasis. Do the shots slow enemies? Does a final blow slow enemies around? What’s the dealio?

2 RepliesDo solar weapons burn enemies? Does arc chain lighting? How about void? Does it suppress? The answer is no to all of those. The main purpose of elements on guns is to break shields. Since there are no stasis shields in the game as of now, it makes the most sense to put them in the primary slot. Also, I don’t get why you are complaining. It doesn’t hurt your gameplay. All it is as of now is a cool factor.

I’m assuming they will add stasis shields in upcoming content, seeing as though there are stasis scorn in the nightfall this week. The hand cannon does have a perk called Headstone that works like a stasis firefly, where precision kills create a stasis crystal at the enemy’s location. Aside from that, it’s a damn good hand cannon with good perks, I love it!

Nope. Just counts for stasis bounties and for the crystals on Europa. Guess they're planning on adding stasis shields and whatnot later.

They are supposed to have exclusive perks but as of right now only 1 stasis perk is available and then only on the side arm from ib, the linear fusion from trials and the new seasonal handcannon. As far as I can tell the shot gun is just a regular shot gun
