So all those .dll files are being blocked by Battleye, I had VorpX for my vr headset and it forced me to follow the path and delete those .dll files and then mine started right away

Though in my case, it's stalling at dpapi.dll Tried the what few troubleshooting solutions there were (in no particular order) -Verify D2 files in steam (all check out) -Run 'sfc /scannow' in an admin command prompt (passes cleanly) -Uninstall/reinstall BEye -Disable Win10's built in AV -Run Steam as admin No dice... Guess I'll wait for a hotfix
