Pre-ordered my collectors edition of witch queen and received the code, but I'm getting an error that states "We can't find this product. This code no longer works. Contact the retailer or person you got it from."

18 RepliesI pre-ordered Collectors Edition for PSN, but I bought it through the Bungie Store. Only code I got was for the one emblem... Midas Traction. I didn't get the WQ pre-order package (emote or other emblem), and I'm not showing that I've pre-ordered the 30th Anniversary peach, or that I will have access when I look at my seasons page. I do show I purchased it on Bungie rewards when I look at recent orders...and I got an email receipt. Where is my emblem and emote from pre-order package?!?!

I'm in the same boat. I got my pre-order pack code this morning and it says inactive when I try to use it... Hopefully it works soon as I want the ghost from it so bad!

It Works as of 9:48 AM EST (EDT). XBOX is processing the Bungie collection codes. Yea Baby. Happy Grinding.

Hey y'all I found a solution for this. Make sure to sign in to the account you want to redeem it on. On your computer web browser or phone web browser at xbox.com go to redeem and redeem it on the web page. It worked perfectly doing this . Mine was giving me the same issues as y'all on the actual Xbox console

You're not the first, ask to bungie help, is the only thing that you can do. They'll probably resolve your problem

Saw Bungie Help on Twitter retweet that Xbox was having Store issues and to check their website when it's fixed. The website says it's fixed, but my code still isn't working. Getting the exact same error as OP posted. Tbf, on the Xbox Store, only the Deluxe can be preordered, nothing else. However, this does not ease my mind when I spent $250 for this.

I just tried to redeem the code as well and was met with the same message. -_- I thought I was the only one experiencing this. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
