Authentication issue for Xbox within Cross Save
I am unable to link my Xbox account to my steam account as it says that it has an Authentication error as followed:
We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.
Please if anyone knows what to do, contact me.

What I just did was this: Log out from your browser, clear cookies and history. Then log back in and try again to log in to Bungie.net with your XBox Live account. See If this will help you.

2 RepliesHello. Please try the following suggestions below. 1. Clear your browser's cookies 2. Open an incognito private window 3. Use different browsers 4. Try the Companion app You'll just have to keep trying until it authenticates.
