Glacial Harvest and the stasis shards Warlocks create are broken...?
TL;DR: Hunter, Titan, and Warlock each have a "<something> Harvest" Stasis aspect that creates Stasis shards. The hunter and titan tooltips say that if allies, including yourself, pick them up, you get melee energy (about 10%.)
The Warlock tooltip doesn't explicitly mention the melee energy, which people assumed was a bug, because they also gave you melee energy, or used to.
The patch that came along with Solstice of Heroes broke this. Currently, stasis shards generated by a Warlock and picked up by the same Warlock grant 0 melee energy.
Is this a bug that was fixed? If so, why would all three classes have basically the same aspect, but it behaves differently for one of the three? If this is not a bug, can it please be addressed? It breaks a pretty key component for any melee-focussed builds in that entire subclass.
I've posted about this just about a month ago, and got no traction, but recently got a ton on reddit, so am trying again...original post with more detail: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/259278520?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1
So yeah, is this a bug? Meaning, Warlock shards should grant melee energy to the player just like the other classes and the tool tip is just wrong? Or was them granting energy in the first place a bug, the tooltip is right, and the bug was silently fixed? If the latter, why would 3 basically identical class aspects behave very differently for 1 class?
