I can't change my Display Name
The name is linked to my old PlayStation account which I haven't used in ages however holds all my data. I've gotten the message that soon the ingame name will be the bungie.net name and it wont let me change my name.

So, I originally started playing D2 on PS4, and the account I use when playing on PC is linked to that one through Cross-Save, so my Bungie display name is the one I have on PS4. I wanted to change it to my Steam name, but it won't let me, saying I don't have any name changes available, even though I've never changed it before. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I’m having the same issue of not being able to make a bungie name, but I also cannot log in through my Xbox. Is says when trying to load the game “Parental controls. You must have access to online multiplayer gameplay in order to play destiny 2”

Your Bungie Name will become active the first time you log into Destiny 2 after the launch of next season (August 24th @ 10 AM Pacific). If you are wanting your Bungie Name to be Kyruken, log into Destiny 2 first using Steam. If you log in first with your Playstation account, it will be set to CommunismIs_Good. As for your Bungie Profile name, you should be able to change that in your settings found here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings Edit: For those finding this later, the Bungie profile name seems to not be updating right now. Bungie is aware of the issue.
