Hey, Are you trying to link a different Steam account to your Bungie.net profile? If so, you would first have to link a different platform account (i.e. Stadia, Xbox, Playstation, or Twitch). You would then need to log in using that other platform account on a browser. Then click on your avatar > Settings > Accounts & Linking. From there you can remove your Steam account and link another, if you so wish. An account cannot be removed as long as it is being used to log into Bungie.net, which is why you need to link a different platform account and use it to log in first. Note that characters and save data are linked to platform accounts and cannot be transferred. Removing the Steam account you currently have would mean those characters would no longer be linked to your profile and would be replaced by whatever data, if any, is on the new Steam account.
