Game saying I haven't completed Shadowkeep

Sooo... this happened after the weekly update. I've been farming POH trying to get that damn pulse rifle and ship to drop and now the game is telling me I have to purchase Shadowkeep AGAIN! I can't even get into POH now. I've purchased every season and expansion since D1. What the heck is going on?

I think its a bug rn. My brother and i cant launch deep stone crypt raid and it tells us to buy the dlc again.
