Another bugged quest. I can go to the tower, to find the memorial. But there is no quest step, or anything to start the memorial quest. Have been at the splice, but all i got where some weird text, with no meaning, and no ship, or shard. The splicer also doesn't blink anymore. The memorial is there in the tower, but cannot interact. And yes, D2 has been restarted, changed caracters, etc. But nothing matters.
