Vex Mythoclast drop chance
Is there no bad luck protection for it? I ran this raid since day one with all characters including today and I still don't have it. Like wtf. I want the gun and like to use it but I can't because it won't -blam!-ing drop. You should have linked it to the puzzle like the divinity and made the catalyst come from master completion instead. Someone please address this

24 RepliesIf it was a high chance drop, everyone would be complaining that the loot is too easy to get in this game. Some exotics you really have to test your luck and patience in this game. This is nothing new.

I'm suspecting they've tweaked the drop chance. In the beginning nearly every run [i]someone[/i] got it. Lately I've been running with the hard lucks who didn't get it... and [i]no one[/i] has got a drop in recent weeks. Unless they have some weird bug that concentrates bad luck on certain accounts (there have been previous cases of the "protection" working wrong), it feels like the chance was higher in the beginning to get them out there and generate hype and then they dropped it lower.

I got the vex on my 3rd completion. 1k voices on the 5th. Still no eyes of tomorrow with 9 completions. And I have 8 gambit infamy resets but still don't have the smg roll I want 😭

Locking raid titles behind these shitty trophy guns that are 100% RNG dependant is stupid. I did all that work for descendant just to be gatekept from it for god knows how long because I didnt get lucky.. just makes no sense

And 1k… I got it on my 2nd or 3rd… it all luck, while i do feel like after 30 looted clears vex should be guaranteed, can’t do anything about it right now. I don’t believe bungie controls rng when people have such sporadic drops for the guns. Some got 1k their first chest, some are probably in the thousands, running last wish every week without getting 1k.

I am an average player who has a good group to learn from. 1st time; B roll Fatebringer, A- roll Vengence of Confluence and some B type Found Verdicts 2nd time: 2 garbage Fatebringers, garbage Found Verdict, Chest, Legs and Mark VOG armor, several VOG mods, and oh, my group was sideways ;-}, I got a Vex Mythoclast. I honestly felt bad for some of them who have been grinding from Day 1. But my point is, it does drop!
