Hey everyone, IT WORKED So I got the bow in the end though it is a bit funky, the way to do it is by grabbing the orbs located in some of the encounters before the ogre fight and getting the tokens, one of you sent me this video clarifying https://youtu.be/6-JBzem8yeY thanks so much for the help, and please message this thread if you have any more questions about how to get wish ender. The weird thing about it is I didn't have to do the ??? quest or anything other then present the talisman.

Before giving the talismans you need to do a few other sets first each talisman corresponds to three hidden boss in the dungeon, you need to find a orb take it to a corresponding spot an a mini boss will appear kill it an your talismans will change this is all done before the big oger boss also when fighting the oger boss there a mini boss that you have to wait for it to spawn in before killing the oger if you kill him before this mini boss spawns he won't spawn and you can't get the bow, or if he does spawn and you kill the oger before killing him will also require you to rerun the dungeon. Mini boss locations: First encounter symbols: find orb take it to the tallest building on top put it there a taken vex will spawn kill him. Beam jumping puzzle: another orb here find it take it to the right opposite of the exit put it there a a mini boss will spawn kill him. Shadow thrall: pick up orb before going in take it throught all the way at end, once your out turn around and put it there, kill extra mini boss during first major boss encounter. If you Haven't done those your not going to be able to turn it in at the status.

Strange. I just did this with a buddy of mine that recently started playing D2, and it worked fine on Saturday for him. Hope you get it figured out.
