Grinding in this game, compared to others just doesn’t feel worthwhile. It’s rather aggravating, more than anything. For example, I had some free time today and decided to grind the dark priestess empire hunts for a Biting Winds with explosive head. That’s all I’ve been doing today. Of all the bows I collected today, 8 had Sympathetic Arsenal, 2 had Swashbuckler and 2 had the same roll of Surplus and a rangefinder. Ticked off, I decided to do one more, thinking my luck is bound to turn around at some point, right? No. Another one with Swashbuckler. I like grinding for gear in games. But, I don’t seem to have this bad of a problem with duplicates as I do in Destiny 2. Today’s example isn’t the only time. For me at least, duplicates seem to be a way bigger problem than in previous seasons. I mean surely the odds of getting this many similar rolls this many times in a row should be slim, right? I mean I thought so at least. Grinding in this game wouldn’t be so infuriating if the duplicates weren’t such an issue. Maybe I’m just having bad luck. Is anyone else having duplicate issues like this?
