Currently your sword energy bar cannot recharge when the weapon is stowed. It often means you need to keep a sword out for a bit after using it to avoid storing it 'empty'- as if you're reloading your sword...which is weird. This seems to be connected to the fact that melee energy doesn't seem to be recharging while holding a sword either. Is it possible for this to get changed so that swords can recharge while stowed, and melee can recharge while holding a sword?
