Xur, Exotic Cipher Quest not showing up
Been having this problem for a while, not sure what caused it but each week when Xur shows up, the quest for an Exotic Cipher doesn't show up for me. I don't have a Cipher in my inventory, and I don't have his quest in my quest tab (I even checked the quest archive thinking it could maybe be there somehow, but it isn't.) Wondering what's causing it and how to fix it.

Ayyye yo your not the only one having this problem. I also been having this issue since this new season started.

This is common when a Xur bounty has been deleted in a previous week. Currently the only fix for this is to accept and complete the bounty on an alt character until bungie issues a patch for this
