Yesterday I was banned from Destiny 2; Before this happened I was going to do a nightfall but I disconnected to continue working, remote work since the start of the pandemic. I have many hours invested in destiny to damage the code of the game and it does not interest me either; I play with my friends for fun and looking forward to the crossplay to play with my console friends.
Before receiving this there must have been at least one restriction in the game in case there was something wrong, or bad connection, any reason to do this to me.
I await your prompt reply
Thanks

2 RepliesAllo there, The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal this ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that this ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

Dude, that's so messed up that you were banned because you were running work-related code on your computer. This is why I will NEVER touch this game on PC because they have no way of differentiating between legitimate software developers running harmless code on their machine and software developers targeting Destiny 2. You are better off either using a dedicated gaming PC or playing on console. Let this be an expensive lesson to you for the future.

5 RepliesWow, for once, I may actually feel bad for someone who got banned. I’m sure it was your script program was what did it, like everyone else said. Definitely don’t do that next time, and good luck. If that’s the actual reason you got banned, I hope you leaned your lesson and you get your account back. But if you were cheating, well, then I’d say you deserve it. Good luck.
