Forwarding in windows defender was reset also ip had changed. Port rules done again and now it works nice. Thanks to @Dante

Hi there! If your NAT has changed from Open to Moderate, then something on your network has changed. This has happened to me several times. In some situations, a cold boot of my network has resolved it. In other situations, my IP changed, which will render my port rules useless. Please double check your port forwarding rules to ensure that everything is still configured correctly.
