With the factions now gone does that allow for the concordat to return. They said their was rumors of them gathering in the wilds in d1. With the factions gone their would be little to no apposition to their return and could have an effect on the cities already imbalanced politics.

1 ReplyAnyone who loves the lore can see an obvious set up here because this is the perfect time for something like that to manifest. However, sadly I think we all know nothing will come of it, they just wanted an explanation to get rid of the factions and it’s sad. The potential they have is going to be thrown away I’m calling it here and now. I do hope I am wrong.

It's weird how they managed to get what they wanted in the end. The Speaker is dead and not being replaced, and the Vanguard are all that remains of the original Consensus as of this season; even among the Vanguard, there is still no Hunter representation. I suppose that Lysander's main goal is complete. All that remains is whatever his original goals were and if they require his return.

3 RepliesI rather keep NM. The Concordant are enemies.

Everything is set for their return. Speaker dead, Saint back, Osiris AWOL, and the factions gone? Its wide open.

I truly hope Lysander shows up

I sure hope so, this is one plot thread I always wanted to finish. My theory after Ikoras dialogue from the epilogue is, lysander will team up with whats left of the old factions and in a future season they with either attack the city or help during a dark time.
