Bungie Store Not Sending Password Reset Emails

Hi, The Bungie Store isn't sending me password reset emails and the support hasn't responded to emails / support requests I sent several weeks ago about this. Regards, Chris

  • Still experiencing the issue myself. Tried to reset password on their store several times over the past couple weeks. still no email, in my inbox, in my spam, in my junk, you name it, the email is. not. there. Would really appreciate it if bungie could actually look into it.

    • I'm in the same boat you get to "if there is an account an email will be sent to this," I'm still waiting and nothing in spam . Bungie sent a help link which had a fault so you couldn't connect or read then when if you could retrieve info it was of no use still waiting this is a big problem i have a hard copy of my account a lot still outstanding Regards Ty

    • I am experiencing the same issue. I'd really like the emblem but I haven't gotten an email or anything. I think there is a chance I did successfully do it, but I received no notification of it.

      Same, tried a couple times when it was announced but never received an email to change password. I just tried now, just to try it, and got one now... Great way to miss out on a emblem...

    • Exactly the same for me, been trying once a day since they announced it, still nothing. Been checking spam folder, using the same email I receive Bungie Store promo emails on, and nothing.

    • I'm having this same issue too. I looked in spam and there's nothing there. I emailed support and I just got a copy paste form letter about account linking, which if they had read my email they would've known that wasn't my issue. I sent a response back clarifying I can't get into my account but I haven't heard anything back yet.

    • I’m assuming you checked your spam folder in your email? That’s where my emails showed up for that specific email.
