My clanmates and I completed a flawless Last Wish after 4 hours of attempts, however never got the triumph "Petra's Run". Raid.report even says it was a flawless, along with our bungie.net profile game histories. We also did NOT start at a Kalli checkpoint, we fully started out at the initial raid spawn. We input the 13th wish and everything.
The only possible thing I can think of that would ruin it, is that my fireteam (except for myself) went to orbit to avoid the parkour before Morgeth then joined back right after.
The raid.report link that shows we got a flawless run: https://raid.report/pgcr/8941411522
The vod of the run from my clanmates POV (starts at roughly 3 hour timestamp): https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1111527702?t=02h59m20s
My bungie.net profile that also shows a flawless run: https://www.bungie.net/en/PGCR/8941411522?character=2305843009299105547

Any orbits to skip jumping puzzles makes it so it doesn’t count ; for that person at least.

The leaving before morgeth ascendant bridge is actually bigger than you might think. Raid.report api checks for deaths, so you can still get flawless tag by leaving at jumping puzzles or even starting at a boss checkpoint in some cases. The in-game api DOES recognize leaving. This means that you need to stay in the raid from beginning to end, with no deaths from you or teammates in the raid. It makes sense that your teammates might not have gotten the triumph because they left, but you probably should’ve gotten it. Only other thing I could think of is in the very beginning of the raid. If you go through the out of bounds, sometimes the game glitches out a little with triumphs. Best of luck with figuring this out and getting it to work!

Going to orbit or disconnecting will cause it to not count as a Petra
