I had bought the Beyond light deluxe edition + season pass some time ago, and had held off on play it until I could link my cross save character from PSN. I finally got to play on PC around the launch of season of the chosen, at first I didn't notice an issue, I was able to play beyond light and its content. Today, currently towards the end of season of the splicers, I was attempting to go after Hawkmoon. After talking with spider, I attempted to talk to crow to progress, but his entire inventory was locked behind the season pass for the season of the hunt, which I should have access to from buying the deluxe edition. When I try to purchase the items from crows inventory, I'm prompted to buy the deluxe upgrade from steam. Steam warns me however that I already own the product its trying to have me purchase, and buying it again would not grant me another copy of the deluxe edition. Is there a way to resolve this issue and have the product I've already bought actually apply to my account? If there is not, I believe it to be completely justified to receive a full refund so I may once again purchase the full edition of the game I was promised at time of purchase, which I should have already owned.

2 RepliesHi there. Season Passes are bound to the first set of characters that log in after the purchase. Even if you don't have any characters created on Steam, buying the Deluxe Edition on Steam first and then enabling Cross Save with a different set of characters as your active account afterwards most likely resulted in the Season Passes being applied to your Steam characters rather than the PlayStation characters you're using now. As you saw when going to the Steam Store, buying the Deluxe Edition on Steam again will not grant you the content the second time. Season Passes also cannot be transferred to another account/set of characters, so the only option in this scenario would be to purchase the Deluxe Edition on PlayStation now that you have Cross Save set up with the characters you want the Passes applied to.
