Prime rewards not showing

So my accounts are linked and I received the Prime Gaming reward offer 19 without any issues. The ones that I have previously claimed aren't showing up.

Hello. If they don’t show up in game but others do, then unfortunately those rewards have been lost. Otherwise, they may be on a different platform.
