No Vex vex mythoclast after 83 clears
Hello, I have 83 clears in vault of glass since week one. No vex mythoclast yet. I've done all master challenges and I need mythoclast for the seal. Am I the unluckiest guardian in Destiny?

You can only have up to 36 looted runs right now... All additional clears will only give spoils and offer 0 chance for Vex Mythoclast to drop

While I know some need it for seal or just to brag or w.e reason it might be. All I'm saying is, no1 I came across has used it lol. Maybe once or twice in the first month when some got lucky to get it after that it just vanished and I havent seen anyone use it in pve or pvp. That gun is striaght up trash, and just a disgrace. They need to buffs it abit to be honest

I got it last night. I do the raid a bunch, but I’ve only defeated the boss twice. This was mostly due to getting to boss or gatekeeper, then having to go for the night. Hope you get it soon my friend

You're not alone, I'm in the same boat (although I don't have as many clears as you - our looted clears are the same). It's kind of disappointing after they previously stated they were moving away from RNG raid exotics for seals, only to just... Go right back to it and ignore any questions on the matter.

At 22 clears and STILL no vex. Teammates who did it 2nd run got it though. This is why I perfer quest raids. They're more bearable than this garbage.

3 chances per weeks with 3 characters, if you did x3 the raid since the release of it you should be at 36. Doing the raid with a character which has already completed the raid in the same week doesn't count.

16 RepliesIt's RNG, so you're just having bad luck, but each week the percentage chance should increase by a little. Weapons and armor can only drop once per class per week. The most lootable runs anyone has had by this week is around 30, including Master difficulty. Any additional runs you do with the same characters in a week will only reward Spoils of Conquest and won't give gear or increase your drop chances for Vex Mythoclast.

2 RepliesYou can’t have had 83 looted clears yet. Max is about 36-39 counting master.

Just because you run it over and over the loot only drops once making your actual looted runs i.e. chances to get it 33 runs or so. So no you are not at 83 runs without getting it you are at roughly 33 runs without it. Learning how loot works is the first step to feeling less entitled to something, when you are close to 100 looted runs you can come on back then people will still give you these type of posts.

Ranting about it is not going to increase the chances of you getting it. All raid exotics have had a presumed drop rate of 6% or less. With your 30ish actual loot clears, you are still far from the acceptable drop rate. Don't feel too bad - there are still people out there who don't have 1KV, another useless weapon, and they have 100+ looted clears. Keep at it - that's the only way to get it.

2 RepliesBud you have 34 looted runs, that's nothing. Other games like WoW you can grind for hundreds of hours before getting the drop you want. It's RNG just accept it.

In D1 , tried 1 run and it dropped after final boss. Never ran again so I understand the frustration with 83 clears and no drop..absolutely ridiculous
