How much of B.net hits the gym?

When I was here before, a good chunk of the forum was pretty young and without access to the gym. How many of you now hit the gym? If you want to go to the gym, feel free to ask some questions and I or others can answer them.

      • I was powerlifting for many years… and it takes a toll on your body after all that time. You can get strong af but it does come at a cost. Now I just hit the calisthenics station at the park for and hour every two days. Put one in my garage too for rainy days.

        • Why would I ever strike a building? Hitting the gym would most defiantly hurt my hand! And the gym has not done anything to invoke my wrath. It has not hurt me. I do not know why you insist upon me hitting a poor building!

        • What’s a gym? Is that like a tree and rocks that’s indoors? I feel like you could probably pop some squats at home rather than pay to exercise. Mayhaps go on a gosh darn walk/ jog/ run somewhere close to home. Lift a cinder block or a sledge. Just saying. But I literally grew up in the middle of the bush, in the middle of nowhere. Urbanites have a different life.

          • I mountain bike and cycle nonstop. Legs are solid and my cardio ain't bad either. However, I've stopped swimming and don't really lift weight or even do basic things like pushups or pull-ups, so my physique is kind of sad...not fat, but not blessed with gorgeous muscle either. 😂
Sorry, all out of salt.
• I do not gym. My work is pretty active though, so as long as I eat right I keep fairly trim most of the time.

For fun, I even took Shaxx gym tape to one of my workouts... ended up laughing more than training 😂

          • I work out at home. Much simpler, but still effective.

            • Working out is essential. I highly encourage it. A few years ago, I was in the mindset that I didn’t need to. But, after I started noticing that I was getting a bit winded after going up a flight of stairs, I quickly changed my mindset. (Now, granted, I lived on the very top floor [5 floors] of my complex when this started). Once I started going, got involved in some HIIT classes, I felt a lot better in a lot of different ways. It’s great!
