Cosmically Resplendent not completing
I completed my glows today and unlocked the Partially Resplendent triumph. However, Comically Resplendent remains locked. Was the Cosmically Resplendent triumph only available during Solstice of Heroes but Partially Resplendent could be completed outside of the event? I did log in on each character and equip the full glowing sets. Thanks.

Same here. Yes, they did say the glows for all sets could be completed after it ended. Complete waste of time. Last Solstice event I'll be taking part in.
