    Hi there! If you have a ticket open regarding something, they will contact you through the email you provided when you opened the ticket. Please note that, aside from appeals, all tickets are answered at the discretion of DPS, during regular business hours and in the order they are received. In regards to appeals of bans or restrictions, please note that, as mentioned in the article for appeals, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.
