I got restricted for 2Weeks for having a poor internet connection and now I can't progress in quests
So yeah
I was playing survival matches all good just doing my challenges and sometimes completely random no warning my internet just dies for a minute and comes back I got kicked out of the match I still need to win rounds so I play again complete my challenge and went to sleep next morning I've been restricted for 2weeks for my internet connection I was pissed off but I guess its fair
Now I am doing my warlock stasis quest and to get the coldsnap grenade I have to play 3Gambit matches and I can't get the other quests without finishing this one is there anything I could do to get around this because I want to finish stasis on my warlock but this is just stopping me

If there was a way around it, it would be a pretty meaningless punishment...

Edited by mpuchar: 8/1/2021 5:39:30 PMI'm curious as to why you continued to play after getting the warning message. Destiny doesn't require a fast connection at all, just a stable one. You're better off playing with a 30mbps wired connection than with gigabit speeds over wifi. As for a workaround, you're just going to have to wait it out, in the meantime i'd get your internet situation sorted out.

You said it was fair for the suspension.... Gambit is a part of that suspension.... Just wait it out. Make sure you use this time to fixed your internet, or the next penalty is 2 months.

2 RepliesYou need a wired internet connection to play this game. Your internet "dropping out" is unacceptable as it affects other players. You have to improve your connection in order to continue playing, there's no work around.
