2× Nightfall Loot is seriously one of the best additions to the game

Especially for GMs. The level of reward feels appropriate to the level of difficulty.

No praise from me to Bungie, considering that this "Double Rewards" should be the STANDARD for a Nightfall, especially a GM Nightfall.

Edit: it would also provide players with an incentive to buy the season pass. As it currently is, I have no incentive to buy the season pass since I reach the +15 by the time they are made available.

2 RepliesI got more prizms than I know what to do with. That said, Pali drops are atrocious and what does drop ends up with horrible perks. Too many weapons means horrible RNG.

The only reason anyone cares so much about double rewards is because Bungie has bloated the loot and perk pools so badly that getting anything useful takes too long unless you're really lucky.

2 RepliesIts sweet for sure for someone like me (and my buds) who are still running the Legend difficulty. However the loot drop inconsistency is honestly awful. The first morning i ran the disgraced i was getting exotic after exotic (3 of the red titan exotic pants, 3 eternal warriors and 2 citans..The same f*king things nonstop) And i even got like 2 palindromes and a god rolled swarm. Those runs just kept showering loot down and then it just hit a wall. I went more than 15+ runs without anything, even my teammates were barely getting anything, i feel like there's some strange soft cap to how frequently loot will drop because now im lucky if i get 1 weapon every 3rd or 4th run and when i have, it's an awful roll. Now idk how it is on master but i imagine it's very similar.

I think GM completions should always drop double loot, it would be a fair way to reward us since they don’t want to make every completion give you a guaranteed drop.

Every master run I’m at least getting one god roll. This is the blessing I’m looking for with my search for a PvE Shadow Price with a possible buff coming to primary weapons.

3 RepliesIt's great, but honestly it might be a bit too much? I ran 2 gms last night, I got 3 adept weapons, 3 good rolled exotics and loads of upgrade materials.

3 RepliesDouble rewards don't mean anything when the drop rate for Palindrome is 1 in 20. I have deleted so many Shadow Price and Swarms and only gotten one Palindrome. On top of that it has crappy perks. Only real reward I have gotten is Ascendant shards. yay
