Nightstalker: Way of the Wraith needs a buff/rework (PVE Focused)
I feel like this is easily the worst subclass in game since there is little to synergy between its perks, its abilities are weak, and it's super is weak. Outside of some nitch crucible play styles, there really is no place for this sub class.
My thoughts:
Buff corrosive smoke either by increasing the AOE & duration or increase the damage & lingering duration from passing through the smoke.
Change flawless execution so that precision hits recharge corrosive smoke and precision kills grant 3 seconds of invisibility with true sight.
Change shattering strike to activate from rapidly landing 3 precision hit while corrosive smoke is available. Doing this creates a temporary buff on screen, and hitting an enemy with corrosive smoke now debuffs them for 10 seconds.
Spectral blades needs a 25% damage buff and using heavy attack now unleashes a large smoke screen that deals DOT and restricts enemy movement. Additionally since this is the slowest melee super with no AOE attacks, holding heavy attack or clicking the thumb stick should launch a dash attack similar to shoulder charge. (Honestly if your playing against skilled players, this is one of the easier supers to out run so it need an ability to close the gap)
Edit: I should probably mention that most of these changes are intended to strengthen it for PVE, add synergy, and give it more of a roll.
No.
The super is fine, if anything they should reduce the damage resistance since it makes no sense at all that you go off radar and get the highest damage resistance in the game, should be the opposite.
The smoke already does more things for you than any other charged melee in the game, that absolutely does not need a buff.
