Ever since the switch to the new store, I’ve been unable to purchase preorder items from the EU Bungie Store, including the Solstice t-shirt. Every time I try adding a preorder item to the shopping bag, I get an error message saying that the item has “no in stock status” and it won’t let me purchase it. I already tried contacting customer service; sent an email last week, but got no response. Tried contacting the community managers on Reddit and Twitter, but no response. This is crazy, it feels like I’m begging Bungie to fix their damn store so that I can give them more money. Can anyone look into this? Please?
