Is there any possibility that anyone at bungie to actually solve this problem.., that I've, that I DO NOT receive an email from bungiestore.com
to reset my bloody password!!!
Today we launched a new Bungie Store! The exclusive "New Blue" emblem is available to existing Bungie Store customers who reset their passwords. Emblem codes will be distributed by August 6 via email. bungiestore.com/custome
Can anyone at bungie/support/customer support group explain WHY this isn't fixed, think the update was applied on the 20-21.07.21 and from the 22.07.21 I've been, bloody trying to get an email to reset my password.
Today is July 28, and twice (today) I been on bungie store to reset my pw, and of course I'm NOT receiving an email, to do the things I'm told.
Why is that, that the support can't send an email saying; There is a problem and atm we do not know how to solve this issue.
I am in EU, and I've been here on the forums to seek for a solution/answer and I'm not the only one in the community of Destiny that are in the same area as me, and they are having the exact same problem.
I've posted on the forum and @BungieHelp on twitter, and NOT getting any answers to this problem.
So pleeeeeeease try at least a little bit, to send me any kind of info on the matter, instead of sending an answer with; Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
Why in earth just being quiet about it, instead of letting us know that you guys are doing all you can to solve it.
Looking forward to a decent reply.
And btw, I'm totally aware of things can get screwed up, but now it's been 1 week, getting angry wont help neither being frustrated, so pleeeees give me and the others a good answer.
