I was doing some Nightmare Hunt time trials, and noticed the Unstable Orb will not spawn after a melee kill of the Nightmare. If you use a weapon to defeat a Nightmare, the orb will spawn in the correct way. I encounterd this problem in the hunt Rage. Haven't tried other hunts. This bug has a huge impact in clearing Nightmare's and kill the boss in a one phase. Is this a known issue ?
