I've been thinking of this since I finished season of the splicer stuff. But why create a system of guardians that protect the city. If every guardian already protects it. There's no reason to have three, all powerful guardians overseeing a city. Yes there not all powerful, but they certainly portray themselves that way. If the Vanguard protect the city, what do the rest of us do?
