Bungie Store - Verification Issue

Hello Bungie support, I have reset my password and also linked my accounts as advised to have a successful and smooth Bungie store profile transfer. I have had both account since 2014, so these are no new accounts. Purchases have been already made on the Bungie Store and rewards etc. have been claimed on my official Bungie (.net) account. Any detailed proof occured in the past can be provided on request. However, after linking my profile it shows on the Bunge Store, that I have to verify my account. Due to it being an older account, this has been done already prior a few years back. Nonetheless, I changed my Mailadress twice and tried to overcome this issue. Still no luck. So I was contacting Bungie Store support without any luck and no reply. Now, as written in the FAQs (https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024152-Email-Validation-for-Bungie-net-Profiles), As advised, writing you these lines. Due to the fact, that there is no Bungie statement from your side so far and as seen, that some Guardians ( Players) are facing the same, a clarification in order of a statement would be very much appreciated. I want to make sure, that the transfer worked out flawlessly, my preordered items can be seen back in and of course, the new Bungie Store ("New Blue") Emblem can be received after this transfer.   • Yeah, I think I have Re-Verified my Account and Email like ELEVENTY-BILLION TIMES and each time I am on the site I'll go to a different page on the website, and then it'll ask me to re-verify god this is so annoying! US-North America here

  • I was having the same issue in the EU store, now it's giving this other error message: "There are no source items with the in stock status" This is frustrating. You would think they would like to take your money, but apparently they wouldn't...

  • same issue ... both my bungie.net and bungie EU store accounts are not new ones, I've successfully linked the accounts, changed the password (twice), opted for the the newsletter, and now I'm trying to verify the e mail ... but I'm always rerouted to the Bungie help section after I click the verify button on the site .... I'm at a loss too, for now, and I hope I'll get the New Blue emblem reward in the end

        • I'm getting the exact same issue. Taken me days just to link accounts and now this. Not sure what else I can do, have tried 3 different emails and still the same issues

        • You must verify your email and opt into marketing emails to participate in Bungie rewards After i was finally able to reset my password i now can't add stuff to my cart because this message keeps showing up. There's no page to trigger a verification mail either, i'm following these steps but half the stuff listed is outdated i think: Returning Players Please follow the below steps to subscribe to customized communications and news alerts for an existing Bungie.net profile. - Sign in to Bungie.net with a linked PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, or Blizzard Account credentials - Visit the Account Settings page - Click on “Notifications and Email” - Enter the preferred email Address to receive Bungie communications - Select the preferred communication options - Save changes to the Settings - Check the inbox of the designated email address for a message from Bungie.net to complete the validation process

          I have the same issue. A few days ago, I got an e-mail. The e-mail arrived in 30 minutes to an hour, so I couldn't change it even if I clicked the link. (reset link has expired ) But I don't get any mail today. I want to go shopping at the bungie store, get emblems, and know the status of the product I ordered last month. 😐

        • Same Issuu i had this accoutn sicne 2018 and it says in the bungie store eu that i need to verify email to be able to shop and its says on bungie companion app and website that im already veryfied. and ive been shopping all seals since undying what shud i do?

          • Hey, Having the exact same issue you're having. When clicking the verify link in email, there's no confirmation email to say it's verified. Just takes me to like a registration page where shows various links and information, awaiting reply from support regarding it which hopefully will be soon. Regards Hinchy
