Restarted character and kept solstice armor cannot meditate after bounties are all complete
I recently restarted my warlock but kept all the solstice armor in the vault. I completed all the bounties for stage 3 put all the armor on but cannot meditate as it's wanting me to do stage 2 all over again is there any way i could get help?

Hey there. Do you have the Solstice quest in your inventory? If not, pick it up at the Quest Archive. If so, it sounds like you'll need to redo that step since that character technically didn't complete those objectives on that armor.
