Reset password for Bungie Store not working.

If i want to login too the Bungie Store, i need to reset my password to get the 2 linked. I get this message : "Customers with a Bungie Store account prior to July 20, 2021 need to reset their password before accessing their account. Click "Forgot Your Password" below to proceed.​" Ok, so i follow the steps and it says that an email was send, but it never came. Checked my email address twice for errors, but all fine. Even a second time resetting doesn't send me a mail. Could some one from bungie please look at this ? Mayby more people encounter the same problem, and you are unable to login too the bungie store at this point.

    In short: make a (new) store account and it will ask you if you want to link it with an existing (bungie) account. That's how i got it solved. Probably because i never made a store account and logged in on their site with a bungie account.

  • I have the same issue cant log in with my account or steam account and I cant even resent my password.

  • Idk if you still have that problem but I wrote an e-mail to the customer service and they sended me a manually reset email, so for everyone who had the same problem as me, just try to send them an email like i did. Here's the email adress customerservice@bungiestore.com Best luck to all Kray

    • I'm getting this issue too. No email to my microsoft account or the gmail hooked up with this, AND theres no forgot my password link anywhere in the store. I can log into my app just fine and it should realistically be the same

      • I am having still having this issue. Contacted customer support but no answer! Misted on rewards that were deadlined by end of Aug because I can't link accounts...........Does this customer support even exist???

        • I've had a similar issue, get that same "you have to reset your password to link your bungie account", so I put in my email, do the captcha, then get the email with the link to reset it, but clicking it just takes me back to the page with the form to GET the reset link. it never lets me make a new password. Is there more maintenance going on?

          I'm putting the new password in to reset my password for the emblem that is being given out for doing so, and it says the password I've typed in doesnt match the account, and tells me to verify the password and to try again. I havent changed the password or the email to my account for the past couple of years, idk if its because of the amount of passwords that are being reset, I"d like to have some more information on this problem, and some advice on what i can do.

        • i am having the same problem today and when i contacted them this is the reply i got Please note: We experienced higher than expected volume of password reset requests for July 20-21. As a result, the reset email was delayed to some customers by as much as 24 hours. We have addressed the issue and customers should no longer see a delay greater than a few minutes.

        • I think I just messed mine up. I requested a new password, twice but it let me create a new account. I figure my account was lost in the upgrade then? No emblem or order history for me anymore.

            • My password reset request didn’t send to my email until 6AM while I was asleep and the link expired by then. I put in the request around 12AM. So that’s.. unfortunate.

            • Yes I am encountering the same problem ... I tried it now several times but got no mail to reset my password. Its very unfortunate that this happens now because I have an order in place which is on its way but now I cant view my order to track the shipment ....

              • I, too, am experiencing issues resetting my password. I have submitted the request multiple times, but no email has come from Bungie to reset the password. I've checked all folders and nothing has come in...
