Im not sure where else to post this. I ordered volume 2 and 3 of the grimoire series last month but instead got the comic collection and volume 3 of the grimoire delivered. I contact bungie through the store help ticket and had to explain the situation multiple times to the person in emails back and forth before they understood what happened. Eventually, on June 23rd, they said they would ship the correct one and send me a shipping label to send the incorrect one back. I have emailed multiple times and submitted a new ticket to try to find a tracking number or update on it but have not had a single response since then. Is there any other avenue I can use to try to get an update?
