I lost my exotic cypher after completing the quest from Xur
Last week after completing the Exotic cypher quest from Xur, I go back to the tower where he is to complete the quest. During the time, my inventory was full. Does it effect and does that mean I have lost the exotic cypher?
If not, please Bungie, give me back my exotic cypher, thanks.
