Icarus dash needs a big nerf

See, double dash with a 5-sec cooldown is too strong. I know that warlock main will disagree but it is what it is. - Great evasion - Great push - follow - ran away - Great speed - great cooldown This is what it needs to be nerf - Reduce to 1 the icarus dash - put the cooldown to 6-7 sec All this concern pvp and not pve

  • reducing it to one dash is like saying, remove tripple jump on hunters or you need to run double the distance to shoulder charge for titans, it wouldnt feel right, they should just introduce an extra ability to more classes like shatter dive and shatter dive is also a good escape and can also one shot.

    • Hunter dodge needs a bigger nerf. As does hunter jump acceleration.

        A warlock main will disagree because they know the functionality of it is great but it goes towards a certain extent. Unlike the Hunter Dodge, Icarus does not gain any form of resilience while activated making it easier to tap out a warlock trying to evade in a gunfight. Along with that, the only time momentum icarus dashing actually works is in a straight line, where in some crucible maps it can be useless, while others, it can be great, but has no general impact other than saying it needs to be nerfed because they got to a certain point of the map around 1 second before anyone else [spoiler]A Titan that knows how to skate actually beats an icarus dashing warlock in a race [/spoiler] And regards to the melee, it has minimal tracking even with its decent range (though I’m pretty sure it has falloff), if you see it coming, move away! [

          Nah. There’s a large skill gap with it and movement abilities are fun :) Instead we should introduce similar things to the other classes
