I have the full set of solstice glows on except for the helmet and the mark (the mark I keep on to flex on people that Titans won the first guardian games) so it’s just this bright thing except for the helmet, which then makes the entire thing look ugly because I need the helmet on for my build. No way to fix it. Just staying ugly because why not

23 Repliesid rather they make it so we can equip 1 exotic weapon and 2 exotic armor pieces

Edited by SolarCerberuS: 7/21/2021 3:05:04 AMIt would render their exotic armor ornaments at eververse for the most part worthless seeing as many of them cost silver dont expect them to bypass their own cash shop

Agreed. Certain exotics ruin the look of my characters.
-
wishful thinking. The point of an exotic is to stand out. I don't want my characters to look like they have nothing but exotics on - primarily since none of them go with each other, and the transmog is a useless grind anyways.
-
While I like the concept, o disagree cause exotics should be representative
-
People in here acting like you can’t open the menu and inspect others in pvp. Pvp is the dumbest reason to not allow transmog. “Oh no! That hunter just phased 20m to my right, must be them darn stompies again”🤦🏼♀️

It would be cool so my frost-ee5 would not look like crap, but a bad idea
-
No TY, that’s good information you can use Seeing what someone else is wearing.
-
No. Misleading.

No. Terrible idea. Period.
-
2 RepliesAbsolutely not, would ruin everything
-
That negates part of the point of exotics being Exotic.
-
Bungie have specifically stated they won't do this. You may need to go re read the info around armour synthesis as their reasons were clearly explained.

Edited by Avid_Coffee_Drinker: 7/19/2021 6:35:25 AMNot a good idea. I hate to say this due to the ever-growing money-munching singularity developing within the top floor of Bungie, but what we need are more exotic ornaments that would match current gear, especially solstice armor. Edit: Or better yet, have it where if all of your armor is solstice gear except for one piece, the final piece would receive a glow or sheen akin to the rest of the set. For free!!!!!!!

3 RepliesHard disagree. This will cause issues on the pvp side of the game along with playing andy "hard" content with randoms
-
1 ReplyExotics don't get access to universal ornaments because then you have trouble figuring out which armor they're using in pvp. This would be more troublesome with passive or less noticeable exotics like Insurmountable Skullfort, Geomag, Stompees, etc.
-
2 RepliesMaybe if the icon for the armor showed the actual piece, because let's be honest, who is paying attention to what exotic armor someone's using in PvP while actively in combat?
-
2 RepliesBuild your look around the exotic…..don’t apply ornaments and then equip the exotic. I see you are using insurmountable skullfort with the new warmind ornament. You’re gonna want to use geometric armor sets like the midnight extingent set or the moonfang set. It might take some time, but if you mic and match you can find something that looks good.
Also being able to put ornaments on exotics would break the game. You wouldn’t be able to easily identify what exotic they were using.
10 RepliesNo. Exotics need to be identifiable and apart from the Armor Synthesis system. I do, however, understand that aesthetically it may clash with your appearance but, just think of the posts if someone had say, OEM, but you couldn’t tell that it was cause of the ornament. Hacks, cheats and whatever other BS would come flooding in here because many would not take the time to check an opponent’s loadout.
-
I totally agree nothing more frustrating then getting a full set then not being able to use exotics when it's stupid

7 RepliesI would like to know that a titan is using one eyed mask in crucible or gambit. So no.
