[Lectern of Enhancment] Tranquility Quest Bug
I am unable to obtain the quest "Essence of Vanity" from the Lectern of Enhancement. The stated reason is that "Can only hold one at a time", but I currently do not have the "Essence of Vanity" as an active quest in any of my characters. Is there anything I can do at this moment to solve this issue, or is this something that a dev will have to take care of?
