Presage mission glitch
while attempting the Presage mission for the exotic scout rifle I noticed my ghost would highlight items but it wouldn't let me scan these items, after killing the last boss I went to the gun to grab it and i couldn't take the rifle. Has this happened to anyone and is there a way to fix it ?

For scannables they have to be done in a certain order on different weeks. As for the gun all you do is steal it at the end then wait for the mission to end which the rewards you the gun.
