Help Can’t access crucible or gambit but I can still play strikes and other non pvp things

Yeah I just cancelled my game pass, because I will not tolerate anymore to be bullied on my money. I know I did nothing wrong and yet I can't play multiplayer. 2 years ago I have been left out from D2 for 6 months and after I received a loose apology and 2000 silver coin. Enjoy your games Bungie. .

Yeah I can't play gambit or crucible too, and I don't have idea why. I just sold my old Xbox, access a new one and can't play nothing multiplayer. Why Bungie??????
