Where do I report a problem with Destiny 2?
Started to play Destiny 2 today after a brief update. Avast flagged Destiny 2.exe as IDP.SEMS.Bifrost2 found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Destiny 2. Is this a problem or a false positive? Anyone else having the same problem?

Subject: Tower Access Issue - Error Code CE-34878-0 Dear Bungie Support, I’m reaching out because I’m encountering a frustrating issue with Destiny 2 on PlayStation. I’m unable to access the Tower at all. Every time I attempt to enter, I get an error message, and the game won’t let me in. I've tried multiple times, and it’s been glitching consistently. The only way I’ve been able to get into the Tower is by using a personal invite from someone else, but even that’s been crashing. The specific error code I’m receiving is CE-34878-0. The crash occurs approximately 56.85 seconds into the loading sequence, right after 1 minute 9.44 seconds. This has been a recurring problem, and it’s getting in the way of my gameplay. I’d really appreciate it if this could be looked into. Thanks for your attention to this.

1 ReplyHi there. Thank you for your report. First, to answer the question in your title, you can report issues by creating a post in the #Help forum. As for the issue you're reporting, the Bungie Security Team is aware of this an they're investigating; however, they assure that it's only a false positive. I recommend making sure that your AVG software and virus definitions are up to date in the meantime.
